Extract Table Data from Bank Statements
Quick guide to extracting transaction data from bank statements
Turn a bank-statement PDF into transaction rows you can review and export.
Create a bank-statement parser
Click Create Document Parser, enter a name, and choose Bank statement.

Keep columns that match the statement, usually Date, Description, Amount, and Balance. Use separate Debit and Credit columns when the statement does.

Upload a clear PDF and wait for processing to finish. If one PDF contains several statements, split it during upload.

Open the statement and compare several rows--especially dates, debit or credit amounts, and balances.

Click Export Data, choose Table: Transactions, and download XLSX or CSV.
