PARSER GUIDES
Overview
Integrations
Import mailbox and cloud storage documents, then send PARSER data to spreadsheets, accounting tools, email, automation platforms, webhooks, and the API
Integrations let you bring documents into PARSER and send extracted data to the tools your team already uses. Most integrations are set up for each parser in Settings -> Integrations.
Where to find Integrations
1. Open your parser and go to Settings.
2. Click the Integrations tab.
3. You'll see Import (how documents get in) and Export (where data goes).

- Gmail - Connect a Gmail inbox, choose allowed or excluded senders, and import new email bodies, attachments, or both. See Importing from Gmail.
- Outlook - Connect an Outlook or Microsoft 365 inbox and import matching new messages automatically. See Importing from Outlook.
- OneDrive - Watch a selected OneDrive folder and process newly added supported files. See Importing from OneDrive.
- Google Drive - Watch a folder in My Drive or a Shared Drive, with optional subfolder monitoring. See Importing from Google Drive.
- Dropbox - Check a selected Dropbox folder every minute and import new supported files. See Importing from Dropbox.
- Box - Check a selected Box folder every minute and import new supported files. See Importing from Box.
- Import via Email - Your parser's or classifier's inbox email (e.g.
contact@parser.example). Forward emails with attachments to add documents or route mixed batches. See Send Documents by Email and Configure Email Processing. - API Integration - Use the REST API to upload files, send document URLs, manage parsers, manage classifiers, manage fields, search documents, and export data. You need an API key from your team's API Keys page. See API Access and the API Reference.
- MCP Server - Connect AI agents to PARSER using OAuth. Agents can list parsers and classifiers, process documents, search extracted data, update fields, manage folders, approve documents, and export results. See MCP Server.
- Embed Widget - Add an embed to your website or app so users can upload documents. Configure it in the Embed Import section.
Export (where data goes)
You add export integrations by clicking them under Available Integrations. Once added, they appear under Added Integrations, where you configure them.

When a document is processed, extracted data is sent to those URLs in JSON. See Using Webhooks.
- Custom Code Export - Run JavaScript to send selected data, look up records, and make several API calls in one export. Save private API keys as write-only parser secrets. See Custom Code Export.
- Google Sheets - Connect Google, pick or create a spreadsheet, and map parser fields and tables to sheet tabs. See Exporting to Google Sheets.
- Microsoft Excel - Add document fields and table rows to an Excel workbook in OneDrive. See Exporting to Microsoft Excel.
- QuickBooks - Turn processed data into expenses, bills, sales invoices, or journal entries. See Exporting to QuickBooks.
- Zoho Books - Create accounting records such as bills, expenses, invoices, payments, contacts, and sales orders. See Exporting to Zoho Books.
- Google Drive - Save the original processed document to My Drive or a Shared Drive folder. See Exporting to Google Drive.
- Dropbox - Save the original processed document to a Dropbox folder. See Exporting to Dropbox.
- Zapier - Import documents from other apps and send processed document data to thousands of apps. Create Zaps in the embedded Zapier builder. See Setting Up Zapier.
- Make - Import files or file URLs into a parser or classifier, then start another Make scenario when a parser finishes processing. Connections support both United States and European Union PARSER data locations. See Setting Up Make.
- Pabbly Connect - Import files or file URLs into a parser or classifier, then start another Pabbly workflow when a parser finishes processing. See Setting Up Pabbly Connect.
- Email - Send extracted data by email after processing or final approval. Choose recipients, format, content, and columns. See Exporting to Email.
When do exports run?
Exports and processed-document automation triggers run when a document is processed (after extraction finishes). Data is sent to each configured export or connected workflow.
Classifiers do not have extraction schemas or export settings. If a classifier routes a document to a parser, exports run from the target parser after extraction finishes.
If you use Reviews & Approvals and a reviewer is assigned, exports are paused until the document is approved. Once approved, exports run automatically. If no reviewer is assigned, exports run immediately after processing.
Tips
- Start with one export (e.g. Google Sheets) and add more as needed.
- Use field mapping so your parser fields match the columns or fields in the destination.
- API keys are team-level. Open the team menu, click API Keys, and create one for the Process API.
- MCP access is OAuth-based. Choose the team during MCP setup instead of using an API key.
